Please review the following instructions carefully before proceeding with your TN-IMPACT participation.

TN-IMPACT: Student Participation Instructions

The following terms outline the mandatory guidelines for student participation in the TN-IMPACT program.

1) Team Composition & Mentorship

Team Size : Each participating team shall comprise a minimum of one (1) and a maximum of three (3) student members.

Mentorship : Each team must be guided by one (1) designated mentor from academia or industry throughout the program duration.

2) Problem Statement Selection

Selection Process : Teams may select one (1) official problem statement at a time.

Change Window : A two-week window from the commencement date allows revisions to the initial selection.

Finality : After the two-week window, the chosen statement becomes final and binding.

3) Key Deadlines

Registration Deadline : All registrations must be completed on or before January 10, 2026.

Final Presentation : The final showcase date will be announced during the second week of February 2026.

4) Program Focus & Requirements

Indigenous Innovation : Solutions should support indigenous product and technology development.

Feasibility & Industry Relevance : Solutions must be practical and industry-ready.

Intellectual Property (IP) : All IP will be governed under formal agreements between the team, parent institution, and industry partner.
